-untrained employees , unprofessional , Rude unprofessional Manager. If the Employee offer free parking then manager should honor that. - hallway Carpet stinks - Low pressure Shower. -bathroom door didn't lock. - Its not worth it to stay for what they charge.

Book at your own risk — discriminatory treatment of “3rd-party” bookings. From check-in, we were openly labelled as a “3rd-party booking” and treated as second-class guests, despite booking 5D4N for two rooms. We were forced to re-queue just to confirm breakfast entitlement. Staff responded sarcastically, saying they “don’t think breakfast is included” — which was incorrect, as both rooms did include daily breakfast. We then had to wait while 8 breakfast vouchers were manually written. My assigned room was in poor and unacceptable condition: damaged table/lamp, filthy carpet, non-working bedside power socket, broken bathroom door knob, and empty shower gel upon night check-in. Photos were taken. This strongly suggests inferior rooms were allocated based on booking channel. On the second last day, housekeeping knocked and opened my room door at 8am+, wrongly stating I was checking out. I replied NO. After checking her list, she admitted the mistake. My Do Not Disturb sign was found on the floor, and I had to pick it up myself. This was a serious privacy and safety breach, especially when standard check-out time is 11am and early room entry should be coordinated by the front desk. Service standards were shockingly low. When I requested a change of bathroom towels and approached the housekeeper while her trolley was outside my room, there were no fresh towels available. I was then told to personally go to the front desk to exchange towels, which is completely unreasonable and not how housekeeping service should function in any Hilton property. When these issues were raised, the front desk simply dismissed us with “we’ll feedback to housekeeping.” No apology, no ownership, no follow-up. This reflects systemic service failures, poor management, and a culture that penalises guests who book via third-party platforms. Entirely unacceptable for a hotel operating under the Hilton brand. Management and brand standards teams should take this seriously.
